At Loft Essentials we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, contact us at any time within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right. This may include a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided the product be new, unused and in its original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with original receipt.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging product.

All sales of mark-down/ SALE items are final and non-returnable.
